- Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly yet professional manner.
- Using your excellent customer service abilities to handle any queries or concerns via phone, e-mail and in person.
- Ordering catering and organizing meetings.
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
- Bachelor degree received from Kazakhstan's well regarded universities;
- At least 1 year of experience at the international or local legal or consulting companies;
- Excellent English (advanced level - both oral and written).
