Receptionist (Almaty)

GRATA International is looking for a responsible person, with 1- 3 years experience of working as a receptionist with very professional skills and competencies. 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly yet professional manner.
  • Using your excellent customer service abilities to handle any queries or concerns via phone, e-mail and in person.
  • Ordering catering and organizing meetings.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties. 

  • Bachelor degree received from Kazakhstan's well-regarded universities; 
  • At least 1 year of experience at the international or local legal or consulting companies;
  • Excellent English (advanced level - both oral and written).

  • Communication skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • High responsibility;
  • Very disciplined;
  • Helpful personaility
  • Proficient in MS office.
