The seminar was attended by more than 50 delegates, lawyers and managers of the leading banks, subsoil users, and national and international companies in Kazakhstan, who are interested in international dispute resolution.The seminar’s agenda included a review of the key initial considerations during the initiation of dispute resolution, provision of interim measures and evidence gathering in the courts and arbitration courts of the UK and Kazakhstan, and discussions on the legal enforcement of international arbitration decisions in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
