Obtaining of the Tax Registration Certificate (TRN) of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the nonresident Head of the legal entity (branch, representative office)- Preparatory Stage: Preparation of documents required for obtaining of the Tax
Registration Certificate (TRN) for the Head of the legal entity (branch,
representative office), nonresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Approval
of the draft documents; Translation of the documents into the State and Russian
languages (if required).
- Submission of documents to state authorities: Preparation of
documents bundle for submission to the tax authorities (application and other
necessary documents); Submission of the bundle to the tax authorities for
obtaining the Tax Registration Certificate (TRN) for the non-resident Head of
the legal entity (branch, representative office); negotiations with
representatives of the tax authorities.
- Obtaining of the Tax Registration Certificate (TRN): obtaining of the
original Tax Registration Certificate (TRN) for the Head of the legal entity
(branch, representative office), nonresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
