Re-registration of Branches and Representative Offices

• Preliminary stage: Preparation of documents necessary for the Branch or Representative office re-registration; approval of draft documents; translation of the constituent and other documents into the State and Russian languages.
• Re-registration with judicial authorities, statistics and tax departments: Formation of a package of necessary documents for submission to the judicial authorities (preparation of statements and other required documents); providing a package of necessary documents to the judicial authorities for the implementation of record re-registration and negotiations with representatives of Justice on the re-registration process; receipt of the new certificate of record re-registration; receipt of the new taxpayer certificate (TIN).
• Old seal destruction, New seal production: Coordination with representatives of a head company of the new seal design; negotiations with printing-office representatives on the destruction of the old seal and production of the new seal; new seal receipt.
• Changing of the bank-cards with signatures and stamp at the Bank (if required): Notarised certification of chief executive’s signature cards and if required chief accountants second signature for the submission of the cards to the bank; preparation of a package of documents to be submitted for changing of the bank-cards with signatures and stamp (depending on the bank chosen, a list of documents may vary); submission of documents to the bank; negotiations with bank representatives in relation to the changing of bank-cards with signatures and stamp.
