• Preparation Stage: Preparation of the documents required for the Partnership re-registration; Approval of draft documents; Translation of the foundation and other documents into the State and Russian languages.
• Re-Registration with Judicial Authorities, Statistics and Tax Departments: Preparation of documents bundle required for the submission to the judicial authorities (application and other necessary documents); Submission of the bundle of necessary documents to the judicial authorities for the state re-registration, and negotiations with representatives of judicial authorities on the re-registration process; Receipt of a new state re-registration certificate; Receipt of a new taxpayer certificate (TIN) (if required).
• Old Stamp Destruction, New Stamp Making (if required): Coordination of the new stamp design with representatives of a Participant; Negotiations with printing-office representatives on the destruction of old stamp and production of a new one; Receipt of a new stamp.
• Renewal of the signature cards and seal Impression with the Bank (if required): Notarisation of the CEO signature card and chief accountant or another person signature card (if required) to submit these card to the bank; Preparation of documents bundle for renewal of the signature cards and seal impression (a list of such documents depends of a certain bank chosen); Submission of the documents required for renewal of the signature cards and seal impression; Negotiations with the bank representatives in respect to renewal of the signature cards and seal impression.

• Re-registration of the joint venture for a large Kazakhstani brewery company and a foreign brewery company (IE Efes Karaganda Pivovarenny Zavod JSC)
• Re-registration of the subsidiary limited liability partnership for a large Russian company due to the name change (ROLF Auto Centres Management OJSC)
