• Preliminary stage: Preparation of documents necessary for registration of amendments to constituent documents of the Partnership, Branch or Representative office; approval of draft documents; translation of the constituent and other documents into the State and Russian languages;
• Registration with judicial authorities, statistics and tax departments: Formation of a package of necessary documents for submission to the judicial authorities (preparation of statements and other required documents); providing a package of necessary documents to the judicial authorities for the implementation of registration of amendments to constituent documents and negotiations with representatives of judicial authorities on the registration process; receipt of the new certificate of record registration (if required).
