Forum of corporate lawyers opened in Almaty

ALMATY. November 5. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ IV Annual Forum of Corporate Lawyers - 2009 organized by VIProMotion Agency for Corporate Communications has taken place today in Almaty.

The forum is aimed at creation of a dialogue platform between the state bodies and legal companies in solution of topical legal issues and arising problems.

During two days recognized experts of Kazakhstan, Russia and Great Britain will deliver speech at the forum. An award ceremony of the best lawyers and consultants will take place within the forum. This will serve the development of quality legal services in Kazakhstan and will held companies to find their consultant. One of the important topics as business restructuring was also considered by the forum participants.

According to partner of GRATA legal company Shaimerden Chikanayev the principal issue of the most part of companies in Kazakhstan including banks is the lack of funds and as followed impossibility to serve to duty responsibilities. He also noted that a voluntary restructuring is a contract mechanism negotiated individually between a debtor and his creditors not involving state bodies, court and special legal regulation.
