 Duties:

• Explanation of the core of legal protection of the   intellectual property objects in accordance with current legislation;
• Drafting legal opinions regarding infringement of intellectual property objects and indication  of methods of struggle against the infringer according to the current legislation;
• Consultations and drafting authors’ agreements for the assignment of rights on permanent and temporary use of software and other objects of the copyright;
• Conducting Due Diligence for banks and major industrial enterprises on intellectual property issues;Providing with analysis on the use of person image, his property for the companies, involved in such projects as reality shows. Analysis of contracts with show participants on compliance with current legislation;
• Trademarks’ registration of local and foreign banks, educational institutions, and major producers of tea and coffee and trade brands in various countries worldwide;
• Protection of the breached trademark owner’s rights in the sphere of pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial goods, automobile industry;
• Calibration for compliance with current legislation of licensing agreements, assignment contracts, as well as franchise agreements for the transfer of rights for trademarks of global manufacturer of components for cars, the manufacturer of cosmetic products, brand clothes , the world famous manufacturer of household products;
• Analysis of Distribution contracts. Bringing in line with  legislation on intellectual property rights;
