Location: Almaty

Position: Senior Lawyer in Intellectual Property Law

Duties: successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team and be involved in consultation of local and global companies in IP Law (trademarks, international registration of a trademark, copyright, legal audit of intellectual property, intellectual property commercialization, pre-judicial protection of the rights to intellectual property, etc).

Requirements:

• strong academic background (local diploma with honors and LLM from reputable university abroad);
• more than 3 years of legal experience dealing with IP issues;
• patent attorney registration;
• fluent English (advanced level - both oral and written);
• very good legal writing and drafting skills.
