Location: Almaty

Position: Senior Lawyer in Labour Law

Duties: successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team and be involved in providing the following services in the area of labour law - advising, audit of HR documentation, development of employment documentation, legal support of employment termination procedure, instruction on hiring, changing working conditions and termination of employment agreements, representation of a client in relations with employees and governmental authorities, monitoring of labour law.

Requirements:

• strong academic background (local diploma with honors, LLM from reputable university is an advantage);
• more than 3 years of appropriate experience;
• fluent English (advanced level - both oral and written);
• very good legal writing and drafting skills.
