Position: Senior Lawyer in Subsoil Use, Contract law, Corporate law

Duties: successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team and be involved in consultation of local and global companies in such questions as conclusion and amendment of subsoil use contract, pledge of a subsoil use right, transfer of subsoil use right and related objects, as well as consultation in corporate and contract law. Additionally, candidate will be involved to client development initiatives and client relationship management.

Requirements:

• strong academic background (local diploma with honors and LLM from reputable university abroad)
• more than 3 years of legal experience in subsoil use companies and/or in legal consulting
• fluent English (Upper Intermediate - both oral and written)
• deep knowledge and technical skills in this sphere
