Position: Senior Lawyer in Subsoil Use

Duties: successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team and be involved in consultation of local and global companies in such questions as conclusion and amendment of subsoil use contract, pledge of a subsoil use right, transfer of subsoil use right and related objects, etc.

Requirements:

• strong academic background (local diploma with honors and LLM from reputable university abroad);
• more than 3 years of legal experience in industrial companies and/or in legal consulting;
• fluent English (advanced level - both oral and written);
• deep knowledge and technical skills in this sphere.
