Since 2008, GRATA’s Dushanbe office has served domestic and international companies and financial institutions on complex cross-border finance, merger and acquisition, and infrastructure projects in Tajikistan.

Our Dushanbe office combines an in-depth understanding of local legal and business issues with the firm’s international experience. Our team advises on major deals and projects, and facilitates economic initiatives of global investors interested in doing business in the emerging Tajik market.

The Dushanbe office is in close collaboration with GRATA’s lawyers in Central Asian and Caspian jurisdictions. Our client desks in London, New York, and Moscow provide informative support to meet growing demand for investing in Tajikistan.

GRATA is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan. Our Tajik-qualified lawyers are associates of the Dushanbe Bar.
