In 2017 the International Federation of Consulting Engineers has introduced major amendments to FIDIC 1999 Yellow, Red and Silver Books which have been in use in the construction industry for almost twenty years.
On September 5, 2018, the implementing provisions of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated 28 August 2018 regarding state aid granted to some entrepreneurs for investment implementation, were adopted. The regulation defines, inter alia, qualitative and quantitative criteria of investment projects evaluation, terms of granting and method of calculating the public aid value.
Between August and September an implementing legislation fully introducing the Act of May 10, 2018 on supporting new investments came into force. Until now, the area covered by the support program accounted for 0.1 percent of the country’s territory (approx. 25,000. hectares).
