On October 7—10, 2003, the 11th Kazakhstan International Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition KIOGE 2003 were held in Almaty. From year to year this event attracts more attention of Kazakhstan and International community as it provides a unique opportunity for experience's exchange between the professionals working in the Oil & Gas sector, for letting of new contracts and for the analysis of service market in Kazakhstan.

At the conference a GRATA's Partner, Mr. Koshenov, made a speech on the topic of «Transfer Pricing in Oil Operations in Kazakhstan». Daniyar Koshenov is a Member of the Kazakhstan Petroleum Lawyers Association, he performs a wide range of services, which include legal advice in production sharing agreements, corporate and assets purchasing, sale and purchase of hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons transportation, consulting on taxation issues, and the application of international taxation treaties in Kazakhstan.
