KazMunaiGaz and Wintershall have signed the Memorandum on cooperation. There will be invested there more than $80 bln. for the next 15 years. The President of RK made this statement during his visit of the «Hannover Messe — 2004», the international industrial fair which took place in Hannover, said the Press Agency of the President of RK. Huge prospects are being opened for German investors in the Caspian region, stated N. Nazarbaev.

In the frame of the exhibition KazMunaiGas CJSC (Kazakhstan) and Wintershall (Germany) signed the Memorandum on cooperation and mutual understanding. The German company shows big interest in participating to explore oil deposits in the Kazakhstani sector of the Caspian Sea.
