On April 21, 2004 the Institute of Foreign Trade of Italy held its first seminar in the frame of the Program of managers' international training in the republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

The aim of the seminar was to deepen and renovate technical and managerial knowledge and skills of businessmen and managers of state and private companies in the spheres of industry and agriculture.

The speaker of the seminar was Professor Umberto Trulli, the consultant on quality and development of organization.

The event attracted much attention of both the kazakhstani and foreign companies based in Kazakhstan. GRATA Law Firm took part in the seminar, as well. The lawyer of the «Industry and Trade» group of specialization Ms. Nazgul Koshimbaeva was invited to participate there.

As a whole, the seminar was very dynamic and productive. Later this year ITE plans to organize the second seminar on managers' training and retraining.
