On April 22, 2004 GRATA Law Firm celebrated its 12th Anniversary. The event was organized for all the personnel and consisted of 2 parts: the Corporate Conference and the Party.
The internal conference has become the first and a significant experience in GRATA history. The Managing Partner and the Founder of the firm, Mr. Tlek Baigabulov, opened the conference with his speech dedicated to the Strategy of GRATA development, its achievements and prospects in future.
All the branches and representative offices of the company numbering 9 offices in 5 countries made reports on the activity in their regions. These speeches provoked animated discussion between the lawyers of the head office and the regions' who shared their accumulated experience.
The reports of the heads of the recently created new groups of specialization divided on the basis of the services rendered and spheres of economy were of great interest to GRATA staff. The key principles of work, the marketing plans for each of the group were elaborated during the conference.
On the whole, the event was been held in a very dynamic way, it touched all the questions of lawyers' concern, demonstrated the GRATA style of work and stimulated the maintenance of corporate spirit among the personnel.
The Birthday party, following the conference later on, strengthened further that spirit. The GRATA staff took great time celebrating the anniversary of its firm in a friendly and merry-making atmosphere.
