On June 6 2005 Atyrau Branch of GRATA Law firm and GRATA-AUDIT in conjunction with UK Trade & Investment Office organized the seminar for British companies on legislative regulations of doing business in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The following questions were discussed during the Seminar: registration of the Branch and representative offices of foreign companies, establishing of JV, obtaining of Licenses and Permissions of state authorities for conducting activity in Kazakhstan, as well as taxation questions and application of Double Tax Treaty.
