On 22 February, 2006 in the «Hyatt Regency Almaty» Hotel, Almaty a business forum «Kazakhstan-Sweden: new opportunities for business» was held. The event was organized in the frame of the official visit of the Swedish Deputy Vice-Premier Mr. B. Ringhol to Kazakhstan.

The list of participants included the heads and high representatives of Ministries and official bodies of RK, banks, financial and investment institutions, managers of the telecommunication, transportation, industrial, consulting companies of both states and others.

Mr. Aidar Sarymsakov, a Managing Partner of GRATA Law Firm, took active part in the forum. He conducted a raw of bilateral meetings with the representatives of the Swedish companies in the light of the enhancement of the bilateral cooperation and the joint participation in the elaborating projects of our countries.

The Swedish delegation has been deeply interested in the enhanced opportunities offered by the Kazakhstan's favorable investment climate.
