On May 5, 2006 an official visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Netherlands Mr. Bot to Almaty took place. The main objective of the visit was establishing and enhancing business contacts between Kazakhstan and Dutch entrepreneurs.

In the frame of the visit a seminar dedicated to economic and trade relations between the Netherlands and the RK was organized.

The list of speakers included the HE Ambassador of the Netherlands to the RK, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, the Kazakhstan Minister of Industry and Trade, the Chairman of the National Bank of RK, the Chairman of the Board of the ABN AMRO and others.

The event attracted animated attention of Almaty business circles. The representatives of industrial, servicing and consulting companies working in various spheres of economy attended the seminar.

A Managing Partner of GRATA Law Firm, Mr. Aidar Sarymsakov and a Project Manager of GRATA-Larive Mr. Yevgeniy Kim presented the company at the seminar.
