On 8—9 June, 2006 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands a two-day conference on best practice for Law Firms Management was held. The event was organized by Ark Group Company, an organizer of international market events.

The nowadays legal industry is a competitive and challenging marketplace where stability and profit depend on effective short and long-term business-management strategies. Thus, the main goal of the conference was to find management solutions for profitability and growth in the competitive legal market.

Due to the topicality of the event the conference was attended by a big number of law firms from all over the world. Through examining the case studies of the world leading law firms the participants discussed all the aspects of successful modern law firm management. This included the establishment of a firm in the market, response to market conditions and exploitation of the opportunities that arose in the market place and other.

Messrs. Tlek Baigabulov and Akhmetzhan Abdullayev, Managing Partners of GRATA Law Firm took part in the event.
