Sales Technique and the Spirit of Negotiation

 

On September 19—20, 2006, GRATA Law Firm, along with its affiliated companies GRATA AUDIT and GRATA ACCOUNTING, participated in a corporate training event entitled «Negotiations face to face: Sales technique and the Spirit of Negotiation» held by the famous Russian coach, Yevgeniy Buryakov.

Yevgeniy Buryakov is a renowned psychologist, creator of «29 ways of how to work with clients' objections» — an electronic simulator and the author of the book «The Kamasutra of negotiations or How to Satisfy a Client». His articles about negotiations, sales and methods of influence on a person, are well known in the business world.

The aim of this training was to increase a negotiator's ability to convince, 2-10 fold. The training program consisted of 4 topics: the technique of creating convincing arguments, ways of working with clients' objections, non-verbal methods of influencing a person and psycho-social methods of manipulation and domination.

Various teaching technologies were applied during the training: group discussions, games, exercises, video-training, practical cases and work with training materials.

The participants are pleased to have developed these new skills; they emphasized the effectiveness of the training and its practicality.
