The conference aims and tasks were the questions related to the illustration of the main mechanisms of State-private partnership?s (SPP) principles realization, revelation of top-priority necessities of Kazakh and Foreign investors, contractors, banks and other potential participants of State-private partnership. Kazakhstan participants were familiarized with the conception and leading international practice of projects realization on the basis of State-private partnership. Special place on the conference was dedicated to the peculiarity of the State-private partnership development in the Republic of Kazakhstan and normative-legal base (Law «About Concessive Agreements»)
Presentation of Zhanara Iskhakova about «Transaction structuring in State-private partnership» was introduced to the conference audience. The conference was attended by representatives of state structures, regional and urban akimats, ministry of transport, justice, industry and trade, representatives of private sector, advisory and legal companies, banks as the institutions that represent debt financing, organize debt financing and invest in joint-stock capital in concessionaire, local and international development institutions (Kazyna and companies, Samruk, etc), national companies.
Conference format gave a possibility to the participants to meet each other and the representatives of Development Bank of Kazakhstan. Dinners, suppers and other scheduled activities allowed to provide real exchange of ideas among participants.
