International Conference of Corporate Lawyers
On 5-6 November 2007, the International Conference of Corporate Lawyers was held in Hyatt Regency Almaty. The event was organized by the Corporate Communications Agency, VIProMotion.
The goal of the Conference was to identify the latest trends in corporate policy and discuss the recent changes in legislation and taxation. The format of the event consisted of 2 days of plenary sessions, interactive discussions and master classes. Highly reputed consultants from the leading Kazakhstani and international companies shared their practical experience in M&A deals, in running their business; and spoke about the latest tools for capital attraction. Thematic discussions helped the participants to find solutions to burning issues and apply new ideas to practical work.
