Zhanara Iskhakova, Partner at GRATA took part in the International Forum “Real Estate and Construction in Kazakhstan”, which was held on 1-3 April, 2008 in the Intercontinental Hotel, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The Forum was organized by Adam Smith Conferences. The purpose of the program was to discover new business opportunities in one of the most innovative and fast-moving construction and real estate markets in the CIS.

In order to fulfill the mission of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (later CCI RK) jointly with the Federation of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the United Arabian Emirates (later FCCI UAE) created the Kazakhstan-UAE Business Council. For this purpose from the 1 - 5 March 2008 CCI RK held the trade and economic mission of Kazakhstan entrepreneurs in the UAE with the President of CCI RK Yerlan Kozhasbayev.
