The Seminar was focused on legal requirements and government policies affecting mergers and acquisitions in the region, as well as revealed some current developments in subsoil use regulation, including recent changes to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Managing Partner of GRATA Law Firm, Rashid Gaissin, spoke about M&A in the Natural Resources Sector and the Key Elements of M&A Transactions. His presentation covered the state policy in natural resources and the ways of acquiring assets in the RK.
