Round table with the subject Questions of Interaction of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan with Independent Experts

Round table with the subject Questions of Interaction of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan with Independent Experts14 December 2009 in a building of JSC Kazyna Tower, has taken place a round table with the subject Questions of Interaction of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan with Independent Experts. Director of GRATA Astana branch office, Samat Daumov, and Lawyer of GRATA, Ainur Zhumanbayeva, has taken an active part. The organizer of this event was Development Bank of Kazakhstan.

Leading independent companies in the field of business consulting including the companies which are rendering service in sphere of the marketing and an engineering of the researches, legal support, pledged security estimation and also representatives of the Registration Committee of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of other commercial banks of commerce have also taken an active part.

The main aim was discussion of questions of expansion of cooperation of the Bank with the specialized companies who renders services in field of estimation marketing work, technical validity, mortgaging security, and also legal estimation under projects.

The main speakers of the round table was Gali Nazhmedenovich Iskaliyev, Chairman of board of JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan, Muslim Haidarovich Bektep, Managing Director of the JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan, and Erken Akenev, Managing Director of the JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan.

In particular participants of a round table have come to a common opinion about necessity of the following:

- development and affirmation at legislative level of the techniques and standards definition of mortgage value of property;

- further perfection of schemes of interaction of the basic participants of a bank expert examination of projects by conclusion of the tripartite agreement;

- creation of an active feedback between Bank and independent experts concerning the status of the project and quality of the presented reports;

- implementation of practice of presentation of the reports in Bank to the independent expert companies by results of the conducted analysis.

We hope that such events will be conducted regularly and there will be adjust the tripartite communication between the companies who wishes to receive financing in the JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan with the companies – advisers and JSC Development bank of Kazakhstan.
