IPO master-class "Achieving New Horizons"

On 11 – 12 February 2010, Deloitte, together with Visor Capital and the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty city, held a two-day IPO master-class "Achieving New Horizons".On 11 – 12 February 2010, Deloitte, together with Visor Capital and the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty city, held a two-day IPO master-class "Achieving New Horizons ".

The master-class’ program was prepared to assist participants in understanding the path that must be followed by the company, as well as highlighting  various aspects of the markets for equity and debt. These aspects include: preparing for an IPO and legal procedures, the responsibility of managers, corporate governance, financial reporting, investor relations, trade rules on the stock exchange, and more.

The master-class was attended by key players in the IPO process and consultants.
