13^th of the August, 2010 in Astana was signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Law Firm «GRATA» and JSC "Regioal Centre for Public-Private Partnership in Karaganda region"

Memorandum by their signatures affixed Partner of «GRATA», Mr. Samat Daumov and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Kim Vissarion Valerievych.

The aims of this Memorandum at disseminating knowledge and experience of public-private partnership, professionalism, skill on both sides and expand economic cooperation in a spirit of openness, equality, friendship and mutually beneficial relationship.
