GRATA International in Chambers&Partners Europe 2017

Following the release of Chambers&Partners Asia-Pacific in January 2017, a new edition of Chambers&Partners Europe has been published on April 10, 2017. 

GRATA International was placed among the best law firms in Europe, with 4 associate offices making an appearance in rankings across Belarus and Russia.

In Belarus, Arzinger&Partners, associate office of GRATA International in Minsk ranked across all practice areas in the country:

- Banking & Finance (Band 2)
- Corporate/Commercial (Band 3)
- Corporate/Commercial: Intellectual Property (Band 2)
- Dispute Resolution (Band 3)

Chambers&Partners Europe ranked Sergey Mashonsky, Alexander Korsak, Dmitry Viltovsky and Klim Stashevsky, among leading legal practitioners in Belarus.

In Russia, all three associate offices of GRATA International received rankings in Russia Regions section.

RBL Law Office, associate office of GRATA International in Samara, Russia entered Band 2 with both of its main partners, Dmitriy Samigullin and Denis Gerasimov placed among ranked lawyers in Band 1 and Band 2 respectively.

The rankings paid special attention to RBL’s capabilities in within dispute resolution practice, noting recent areas of activity, such as bankruptcy conflicts, disputes with state authorities and contractual matters.

For the first time, Usconsalt, GRATA International’s associate office in Novosibirsk, Russia entered the Chambers&Partners Europe rankings with its managing partner, Evgeniya Bondaraneko placed in Band 3. Usconalst was described as one the leading Siberian firms with a strong emphasis on client-oriented approach.

Joining their colleagues in Band 3 is Gain & Partners, associate office of GRATA International in Kazan, Russia. The law firm, headed by Ksenia Gain, was noted by Chamber&Partners for its dispute resolution practice, focusing on debt recovery, contractual and real estate disputes.

The overall success of GRATA International’s associate offices across Eastern European jurisdictions confirms the position of the firm as one of the dominant players in the region. As of today GRATA International is ranked by Chambers&Partners across Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
