Education

Nurbol Kissembayev graduated from Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a distinction and joined GRATA Law Firm in January 2003.

Experience

In a short time Nurbol gained an extensive experience which covers oil and gas exploration and production matters, finance and foreign investments, corporate regulation issues (including acquisitions and reorganisations of oil and gas companies) and taxation. Moreover, Nurbol actively participated in realisations of some international projects.

In 2005 Nurbol was appointed a Branch Manager of GRATA’s Aktau office. Nurbol has been a Partner at GRATA Law firm since 2006. On 1 February 2009 Nurbol was appointed Director of GRATA’s Aktobe office.

Nurbol speaks Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish languages.
