Education

Mr Gaissin is a high qualified Kazakh and English lawyer. He has an LLM degree in law and petroleum policy from Dundee University. Moreover, Mr. Gaissin is a member of the UK Energy Lawyers Group.

Experience

Rashid Gaissin is a Managing Partner of GRATA Law Firm. In addition, he coordinates all relations between GRATA and other qualified advisers including law firms.

Before joining GRATA, Mr Gaissin worked in Norton Rose, a leading international law firm. He also worked as a Senior Lawyer in KazTransOil, KazStroyService, and KazMunaiGas (companies of KazMunaiGas Group).

Rashid regularly provides legal advice on oil and mining projects, infrastructure and construction projects, as well as corporate and banking issues.

Mr Gaissin speaks Kazakh, fluent English and Russian.
