Sayat Kulzhabayev graduated from Kazakh State Law Academy with excellence in 2003.

Experience

Sayat is a Senior Lawyer and GRATA’s Law Firm Representative in Karaganda. He has great work experience in subsoil use, taxation, investments, corporate law and litigation issues.

Sayat specialises in legal regulation of subsoil users among other issues. Sayat represented the largest international and Kazakh clients.

Sayat is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish languages.
