Tomasz Grabarek is a Managing Partner and Founder of GSW Legal, an associated office of GRATA International in Poland.
Tomasz Grabarek is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and the Center for American Law Studies (Levin’s College University of Florida). Mr Grabarek is a legal adviser and a member of the Circuit Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
He acquired his professional experience in the financial sector where he headed the Legal Department in one of the French banks, as well as in the energy sector where he advised to one of the biggest companies operating in the mining and fuel industry in Poland.
Mr Grabarek specialises in banking, insurance and energy law. He also provides comprehensive legal services for mining enterprises. Tomasz provided legal advisory services in several insurance and banking projects which included, in particular, advise in one of the biggest investment projects for power industry company and negotiations with insurance brokers operating on the London market.
He has participated in negotiations related to acquisition of insurance coverage for Polish entities dealing with the exploration and exploitation of conventional deposits of gas and shale gas. He had represented and advised an international mining operator in the process of organisation and implementation of oil and natural gas exploration drills in the Baltic Sea (offshore).
He is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian.
