In recent years due to high prices for oil it was possible to stabilize the economic situation in the country, the problem of search of such spheres of the economy which could enable the weaken in a of Kazakhstan is dependence on raw export became a reality. In this connection reality increasing value is given to the development of the power sphere of the country. As is known, in Kazakhstan the problem is put down to increased gross national product by 3,5 times by 2015 and simultaneous reduction in power consumption of economy twofold. Taking into account, that growth of the Kazakhstani economy will be carried out further due to increases in oil recovery it, takes into account, that the charge of the electric power for oil recovery is not so great, but to some data it makes as a whole across Kazakhstan (at the big distinctions on different deposits) approximately 61 kilowatt/hour on 1 ton. The last years volumes of development and a current consumption have a little risen in comparison with crisis 1990-ми years, for example in 2003 consumption has made about 58 billion kilowatt/hour.
