According to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan could be conducted by establishing of a legal entity or without establishing the legal entity.
The legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan foresee the following types of commercial legal entities, which have a foreign company as a founder:
1) two types of partnerships (limited liability partnership, additional liability partnership),
2) joint-stock company.
From our point of view the LLP (limited liability partnership) is the most convenient type of legal entity for establishing in Kazakhstan.
The permanent activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan without establishing a legal entity is conducted by opening a Branch office.
Below you will find the Comparative table on difference between a legal entity — Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and a Branch/Representative office.
