• Drafting and providing the legal review of foundation and other corporate documents required for the corporate registration of legal entities, branches and representative offices for a large producer of titanium and magnesium in Kazakhstan.
• Completing corporate registration and re-registration of the subsidiary company in Kazakhstan of one of the world’s leading investor services.
• Completing the corporate registration of NGOs, their branches and representative offices. 
• Frequently providing advice to our corporate clients on various corporate law issues which most regularly affect their businesses.
• Drafting legal opinions and memorandums for the development of corporate governance for a large oil company in Kazakhstan.
• Registering shares issuance and share issues of joint stock companies.
• Drafting legal opinions and memorandums concerning anti-monopoly law issues and assisting in obtaining of anti-monopoly pre-approvals for a number of large international companies on acquisition of shares and shareholding interests in resident companies.
