Experience

Dina specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law.  She is currently a Partner in the Corporate Law Group in “GRATA” Law Firm.

Before joining GRATA in 2006, Dina worked as a lawyer and in-house counsel for many legal and oil companies, including Baker & McKenzie CIS Ltd, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Green & MacRae and PetroKazakhstan Overseas Services Inc.

Education

Dina received her Bachelor Degree in Law in 2000 from the Private Independent University TURAN. 
Dina has significant experience of working as an in-house counsel and lawyer in leading companies, where she has prepared reports/memos on various legal issues (including commercial and subsoil use, services, lease, storage of oil products, natural monopolies, protection of competition, civil and administrative legislation, etc), also she has drafted various contacts (including supply, sale-purchase of crude oil and oil products, lease, etc.). Moreover, Dina conducted due diligences of separate deals and legal entities and examined the contracts on compliance with requirements of legislation and clients’ interests (including comments and observations on a major contract terms and recommendations on necessary amendments and changes).

Dina speaks Russian and English.
