Education
Zhanara graduated from the Kazakh State National University with a degree in Philosophy in 1994 and then with a degree in law in 1999.
She has won various governmental awards for her work in the legal field, notably the State License for providing legal services not including advocacy.
Zhanara speaks fluent Russian and English.
Experience
Zhanara specializes in Telecommunications, transport and infrastructure and currently heads up the Industry department at GRATA Law Firm.
She has a wealth of experience, having worked first for private law firms, before moving in house to work with some of the biggest power companies in Kazakhstan.
