Zhenis graduated with a degree in law from the "Kainar" University in 2000.
He currently works as a Partner at the firm and is based in the Astana office. Previously, Zhenis worked as a lawyer at the Republican State Enterprise within the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Trade.
Zhenis speaks Kazakh, Russian and English.
Experience
Zhenis specializes in Corporate Law, Labour/Employment, licensing and litigation work. He has also participated in drafting regulations and governmental Decrees in the field of licensing, specifically construction licensing.
Zhenis' work at the Firm consists of negotiating with governmental bodies, drafting legal opinions, obtaining licenses and permissions for high profile clients and registration, re-registration and liquidation of companies.
