GRATA Law Firm is pleased to introduce the new Head of the Transport, Telecommunication, Construction and Infrastructure Department, Saniya Perzadayeva.
 
In 2000, Saniya graduated from Cardiff Law School, University of Wales, with an LLB degree. Further, she obtained an LLM degree from London University (Queen Mary College) in Banking and Finance Law. In 2005, Saniya graduated from Adilet Law School with honours.
 
In relation to her professional activities, Saniya began working in 2001at Jeffrey Green Russell Law Firm, London and then at KPMG. Saniya also obtained significant experience working for Coudert Brothers, Denton Wilde Sapte and Macleod Dixon international law firms.
 
Saniya’s professional background includes the management and support of large infrastructure projects in the energy sector, advising on issues of subsoil use and the management of commercial real estate, and advising large international construction companies. In recent years, Saniya has worked on project financing and PPP projects in Kazakhstan and Russia.
