Tashkent office of GRATA Law Firm is participating in reforming of administrative legislation in Uzbekistan

On May 23-27 the Conference on Administrative Reforms was held in the Le Meridian Tashkent Palace hotel within the framework of the Project on Improvement of Administrative Legislation in Uzbekistan, which is sponsored by USAID and IRIS.

The Conference was focused on the issues related to procedures of preparation of legal acts, administrative procedures, administrative justice, responsibility for administrative infringements etc.

The Senior Lawyer of GRATA Law Firm in Tashkent Umid Aripdjanov participated in the Conference as a member of the working group on reforming of administrative justice. He made a speech on reforming of administrative justice, in which he raised very actual issues for discussion. The participants of the Conference recognized the matters, specified in the speech, as urgent and discussed them hotly.
