8. Submitting information to the authorized body in the area of environmental protection with the purpose of maintaining the state cadastre of waste.

Non-compliance with these requirements is a violation of the legislation that results in consequences such as administrative or criminal liability, depending on the degree of the violation of the environmental legislation and the presence of fault with the persons responsible for waste treatment.
