·         Higher Legal Education; 
·         LLM desirable;
·         Fluent English;
·         Not less than 5 years’ experience in the field of finance / banking / securities (derivatives) preferable experience in IPOs, securitisation.

2.  Partner, specialist in the field of subsoil use required:
Required:
·         Higher Legal Education;
·         LLM desirable;
·         Fluent English;
·         Not less than 5 years’ experience in the abovementioned legal field;
·         Negotiation skills;

3.  Senior lawyer, specialist in the sphere of Industry/Trade /Telecommunication required:
Required:
·         Higher Legal Education;
·         LLM desirable;
·         Fluent English;
·         Negotiation skills;
·         Not less than 3 years’ experience in Industry / Trade / Telecommunication.

4. Lawyer, specialist in the sphere of corporate law required:
Required:
·         Higher Legal Education;
·         LLM desirable;
·         Fluent English;
·         Not less than 3 years’ experience in corporate law / labour law / antitrust law.

5.   Lawyer, specialist in the field of licenses and permits required:
Requirements:
·         Higher legal education;
·         Knowledge of English language;
·         Work experience in state bodies issuing licenses for not less than 3 years;
·         Skills of work with MS Office programs;
·         Communication skills;
·         Ability to work in a team.
